Aluminium Ramp Heights – are they important?

We have taken these series of photographs to explain the concept of correctly matching the ramp to your application.

In this example we have used a 1.5 Tonne Sureweld ramp positioned at;
800mm to simulate a utility or small truck deck height
500mm to simulate a trailer (as a typical example)

The same guide will apply to truck, cars, vans, utes, semi trailers.

In simple terminology;
if the ramp is positioned too low – or too high, in relation to the deck being loaded onto, the ramp will not be supported correctly.

QUESTION – Is it possible you need a CUSTOM BUILT set of ramps?

Call BPF Equipment to find out more.
